1-hour consultation to thoroughly review all event details such as:

You’ll have your very own custom client portal where you can find all the details about your event, including contracts, budget sheets, invoices, and more.

  • Easy to access all your event documents and photos in one convenient place.
  • Engage in unlimited scheduled phone calls and email communication during regular business hours starting 2 months prior to your event date.

1 on-site venue walkthrough to go over event details.

  • The walkthrough will serve as the final review, covering the event floor plan setup, event schedule, and all final details.
  • Two weeks prior to the event, we will contact all third-party vendors to confirm event details and collect the remaining balance amounts.
  • We will assist in the management of all event vendors prior to the event and during the event per clients' instructions.
  • A detailed day-of timeline and event schedule will be provided to the client and third-party vendors.
  • Receive a venue floor plan layout for event setup.
  • Scheduled weekly follow-ups to review event progress starting a month before the event.

Day of the event:

  • We will take care of the setup and breakdown of decorations per the client's instructions and coordinate all event vendors and event schedules.
